So you booked an appointment. What now?
You'll receive an email 48 hours after booking with all appointment related information. If you haven't already you'll also receive the
pre-visit consult form to fill out to ensure you are booked correctly and I'm prepared to give you the best service possible.
Skipping ahead you'll receive an email to confirm 72 hours in advance and a reminder email 24 hours in advance (because if you are anything like me you might forget). Everything will also be texted to you as well, but email is the main way I choose to communicate.
You made it to the salon, What to Expect?
We'll sit down and discuss your consult form and I'll ask what will feel like a million questions. I won't start till we are on the same page and you're completely relaxed and confident in our plan. I'll also take some before photos so we can see the transformation.

You can relax with my complimentary drinks, snacks, and wifi during your appointment. While I work it's your time to do anything your heart desires. Whether it be reading, working, chatting, not chatting (yes, you can ask for a silent appointment), or just relaxing.
